(i) Construction of the loading rack 2007
(ii) Numerous sandblasting & painting jobs – tanks and pipes
(iii) Numerous concrete encapsulation (insulation) projects in plant of kiln skirtings, support members and bases as requested by insurers. Includes sandblasting to remove corrosion prior to encapsulation.
(iv) Gunnite application to inside of furnace
(v) Major office roof repairs
(vi) Ceramic insulating coatings to tanks etc.
(B) CARIBBEAN BROILERS GROUP INCLUDES:
NEWPORT MILLS LTD [2006-2007]
(1) Site clearance and construction of boundary wall 1700 FR
(2) Construction of leveled overhead conveyor supports from wharf to holding silos to silos in factory approx. 1500 FR
(3) Construction of 4 large silo bases and internal & connecting infrastructure. 2012 – 2013 construction of 2 large silo bases and internal and connecting infrastructure. Sandblasting & painting of large tanks.
NEWPORT GENETICS LTD [2012- 2013]
partially fabricate & erect two purpose built 8,200 SF buildings includes full size
basements and site works. Includes support structures and ancillary buildings.
CHIPPENHAM FARMS LTD
Building extension and site works.
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE:
Roofing repairs, corrosion control, specialized flooring I.E. Seamless epoxy
(Various types) urethane concrete, meth-acrylic and polyester concrete
formulations for freezer and factory applications. Pipe insulating blankets and
insulating coatings.

TEMPLE OF LIGHT CHURCH:
major structural and roof realignment included enlarging and enclosing seating area,
construction of new port cochiere & refurbishing of additional Building.
